Tecbeam Australasia, in conjunction with CSR Hebel, have produced a floor system that provides a strong and solid feeling floor which is comparable with a suspended concrete slab, but without the weight that results in heavy footings and support framing. The TECslab system, a combination of TECBEAM® joists with CSR Hebel aerated concrete floor panels, provides an ideal flooring solution where comfort, comparable to a suspended concrete floor is required, including acoustic, thermal, and vibration characteristics.

Construction of a TECslab floor is a much simpler and faster process, eliminating formwork, concrete pumping, slab finishing and curing that are required for a suspended concrete slab.
