Project Statement:
A second storey was added over a single storey warehouse with a span of 5.8m. Tecbeam allowed a clear span to be achieved with offset, set-back roof loads at the rear of the building.
Tecbeam was also used as the roof purlins in the curved roof of the new, second storey addition.
